МОСКВА, 22 августа – Бывшему министру здравоохранения Хабаровского края Юрию Бойченко предъявлено обвинение в растрате, как стало известно из Басманного суда Москвы. Суд арестовал Бойченко на срок один месяц 23 суток.

Его обвиняют по части 4 статьи 160 Уголовного кодекса РФ, касающейся присвоения или растраты в особо крупном размере. Ранее статус Бойченко в деле (подозреваемый или обвиняемый) не был известен.

По информации издания “АиФ”, следствие предполагает причастность Бойченко к хищению более 120 миллионов рублей. Задержание Бойченко связывают с расследованием дела бывшего заместителя председателя правительства Хабаровского края по социальным вопросам Евгения Никонова, который был арестован в июле прошлого года.

MOSCOW, August 22 – Yuri Boychenko, the former Minister of Health for Khabarovsk Krai, has been formally charged with embezzlement, as confirmed by the Basmanny Court of Moscow. The court ordered Boychenko`s arrest for a period of one month and 23 days.

He faces charges under Part 4 of Article 160 of the Russian Criminal Code, which addresses misappropriation or embezzlement on a particularly large scale. Previously, Boychenko`s exact legal status in the case, whether as a suspect or an accused, had not been disclosed.

According to reports from the publication “AIF,” investigators believe Boychenko is implicated in the illicit acquisition of over 120 million rubles. His detention is understood to be connected to the ongoing criminal investigation involving Evgeny Nikonov, the former Deputy Chairman of the Khabarovsk Krai government for social affairs, who was arrested in July of the previous year.
