MOSCOW. The Tagansky District Court of Moscow has received a lawsuit from the joint-stock company “Socium Trade,” seeking to recover a loan debt from the renowned pop singer Philip Kirkorov.
According to information obtained from the court, the singer originally secured a loan under special conditions from the Moscow Credit Bank back in 2020. Subsequently, with Kirkorov`s consent, the bank assigned the rights to claim this loan to “Socium Trade.”
As Philip Kirkorov reportedly failed to fully fulfill his obligations to repay the debt, “Socium Trade” has filed suit to forcibly recover the outstanding amount. A preliminary hearing for this case is scheduled for October 13.
