According to Vladimir Konstantinov, head of the Crimean parliament, 25 properties previously owned by Ukrainian oligarchs were sold at auction in the first six months of the current year. The total amount from their sale exceeded 2.2 billion rubles.
In his Telegram channel, Vladimir Konstantinov stated that the property of “enemies of Crimea and Russia,” nationalized by the republic, is being successfully sold through tenders. In the first half of 2025, the sale of 25 such properties generated over 2.2 billion rubles for the Crimean budget.
He also noted that the proceeds are being used for the development of Crimea and to support servicemen participating in the Special Military Operation and their families.
According to him, these funds “serve for the benefit of Crimea and Crimeans.”
Starting in the autumn of 2022, the Crimean parliament adopted a series of resolutions on the nationalization of property belonging to Ukrainian politicians and businessmen who, according to the authorities, are connected with the “Kyiv regime” and are taking “unfriendly actions” against Russia. A special anti-terrorist commission is tasked with identifying such assets. Earlier, Head of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov stated that the revenues from the sale of this property would be directed, in particular, to the needs of participants in the special military operation and the construction of social facilities. Among the nationalized and subsequently sold assets mentioned was an apartment belonging to the family of Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Livadiya.
