Four individuals accused of financing the FBK* organization through donations have been included in Rosfinmonitoring`s list of terrorists and extremists.

Law enforcement agencies previously reported that these four men were detained in Moscow on charges of financing extremist activities (Article 282.3 of the Russian Criminal Code), which carries a maximum penalty of up to eight years in prison.

According to data published on Rosfinmonitoring`s official website, the following individuals have been added to the list:

  • Aleksey Sergeevich Buchnev (born 02.04.1969, Moscow)
  • Dmitry Pavlovich Mitrofanov (born 23.05.1997, Moscow)
  • Leonid Borisovich Toker (born 05.03.1961, Zagorsk, Moscow Region)
  • Vyacheslav Ivanovich Krysko (born 19.12.1974, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk)

The court had previously ruled to impose a restrictive measure on all defendants, prohibiting certain actions.

Individuals and organizations placed on this Rosfinmonitoring register face a range of restrictions, including bans on interacting with the media, publishing information online, organizing public events, participating in elections, and using most financial services, except those related to tax payments, salary receipts, and compensation for damages.

*Note: The organization mentioned is recognized as extremist and has been liquidated in Russia.
