В ближайшие годы в авиацию будет внедрен помощник пилота, работающий на базе искусственного интеллекта. Андрей Дутов, генеральный директор НИЦ «Институт имени Н. Е. Жуковского», сообщил ТАСС об этой инициативе.
Он уточнил, что программа института получила название «второй пилот ИИ» и направлена на управление и снижение рисков в полете. По его словам, это актуальная задача, и решение будет реализовано в течение двух-трех лет, причем уже на существующем авиационном оборудовании. Заявление было сделано на форуме «Технопром-2025» в Новосибирске.
Дутов также подчеркнул, что ИИ-технологии значительно упростят обработку пилотами обширных объемов информации, улучшая их способность принимать верные решения.
Тем временем, журнал The National Interest ранее в марте отмечал, что разрабатываемый в рамках программы Next-Generation Air Dominance истребитель F-47 нового поколения, возможно, станет последним пилотируемым боевым самолетом для ВВС США.
AI Co-Pilot: The Future of Aviation is Near
An AI-powered co-pilot assistant is set to be integrated into aircraft systems within the next few years. This initiative was announced by Andrey Dutov, Director General of the Zhukovsky Central AeroHydrodynamic Institute (TsAGI), according to TASS.
Dutov explained that the institute`s program, dubbed the “AI co-pilot,” is designed to manage and mitigate in-flight hazards. He stated that this is a pressing task, and a solution is expected within two to three years, to be implemented even on existing aircraft. The announcement was made at the Technoprom-2025 forum in Novosibirsk.
The Director General further emphasized that the integration of AI technologies will significantly assist pilots in accurately processing large volumes of information, thereby improving their decision-making capabilities.
Meanwhile, The National Interest magazine reported in March that the new-generation F-47 fighter, developed under the Next-Generation Air Dominance program, might be the last manned fighter jet for the U.S. Air Force.
