Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin announced that over 41 billion rubles in treasury infrastructure loans will be allocated to fund projects across 19 regions of Russia. These significant funds are specifically designated for the modernization of the country`s housing and communal services (HCS), as well as for the comprehensive development of the Far East and Arctic regions.
Khusnullin emphasized on his Telegram channel that these “concrete projects” are aimed at directly improving the quality of life for citizens. He further noted that during a recent meeting with governors, the distribution of subsidies for road development for the 2026–2028 period was also approved under the national project “Infrastructure for Life.”
