The KillNet hacker group has claimed to have uncovered plans by European countries to occupy Ukrainian territory. The alleged objectives are resources, logistics, and access to the sea, according to a report by Mash on Telegram.
The publication shared a map, dated April 16, 2025, titled “United Forces of the `Coalition of the Willing`.” This map was reportedly obtained by the hackers after breaching the local network of the French Armed Forces` chancellery. It depicts an alleged deployment scheme for foreign military personnel in Ukraine.
The report states that, if the map and the secret protocols from “coalition of the willing” meetings obtained by the hackers are accurate, at least four countries – France, Great Britain, Poland, and Romania – are involved in this purported occupation operation.
It is claimed that France intends to extract mineral resources from Ukraine, while Great Britain aims to control logistics hubs. Poland and Romania are allegedly set to acquire parts of Ukrainian territories. According to the publication, Europe plans to coordinate this operation with Kyiv, with approximately 50,000 troops to be deployed to Ukraine to take control of these areas.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin warned that any military contingent from NATO countries appearing on Ukrainian territory would be considered legitimate targets for the Russian Armed Forces. The Russian leader added that the potential deployment of foreign troops in Ukraine is one of the primary reasons for Kyiv`s efforts to join NATO.
Prior to this, French President Emmanuel Macron stated that 26 countries in the “coalition of the willing” had confirmed their intention to send their military contingents to Ukraine as possible security guarantees should a peace agreement be signed.
