Excellent “velvet” summer weather is expected in Moscow this upcoming weekend. According to the forecast by leading specialist at the Phobos weather center, Evgeny Tishkovets, temperatures will rise up to 27 degrees Celsius.
Tishkovets elaborated that a high-pressure system will take over, bringing ideal “velvet” summer conditions to the city. Nighttime temperatures are predicted to be between 10 and 15 degrees Celsius, warming up to 22-27 degrees Celsius during the day. He described this weather as “the best in the world.”
