The Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church, Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia, has commenced a three-day archpastoral visit to the Republic of Tatarstan. This significant spiritual journey began on Sunday, as confirmed by representatives of the Russian Orthodox Church (ROC).
The Patriarch`s comprehensive itinerary for this three-day visit is packed with pivotal events. Key highlights include the celebration of a Divine Liturgy at the Kazan Cathedral on Monday, a solemn ceremony for the consecration of the cornerstone for the future Resurrection Cathedral in the Naberezhnye Chelny Diocese, and a series of important meetings with the leadership of the Tatarstan Metropolia and the devoted parishioners across the republic.
