Cybersecurity expert Timofey Voronin has advised Russians to avoid four specific words when interacting with phone scammers. According to Voronin, it is critically important not to utter the words `yes`, `no`, `agreed`, and `confirm` during such conversations.

He also emphasized the danger of sharing personal data, explaining that this information can be used to create deepfakes and deceive loved ones for financial extortion under various pretexts.

Instead, when first receiving a call from an unknown number, it is recommended to limit your responses to simple words like `hello`, `listening`, or `speak`. According to the expert, these short replies are sufficient to identify a scammer and promptly end the conversation.

Earlier, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported on common scam schemes targeting teenagers through social networks and online games, highlighting the evolving nature of cybercrime tactics.
