MOSCOW – Russia`s First Deputy Prime Minister, Denis Manturov, emphasized that the establishment of the new National Space Center (NSC) will be a pivotal factor in achieving the ambitious goals of the national space program.
His statement followed the official inauguration of the NSC in Moscow on Saturday by Russian President Vladimir Putin, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, and Roscosmos head Dmitry Bakanov. The center`s creation is expected to significantly contribute to the objectives outlined in the national project “Development of Space Activities of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 and for the perspective up to 2036.”
Manturov further elaborated on the center`s role, highlighting its importance in addressing key challenges within the space industry. These include solving personnel issues, increasing labor productivity across enterprises, and enhancing their digital maturity through the implementation and scaling of best practices.
