SIMFEROPOL, August 2. Early on Saturday morning, the number of vehicles awaiting passage across the Crimean Bridge saw a substantial increase, reaching a total of 2,600 cars from both directions. This information was disseminated by the official Telegram channel dedicated to providing real-time updates on the traffic situation at the vital transport crossing.

Previously, movement on the Crimean Bridge had experienced temporary closures and restrictions. As of 6:00 AM Moscow time, the operational report indicated that approximately 1,500 vehicles were queuing on the Taman side, facing an estimated wait time exceeding four hours. Concurrently, from the Kerch side, a queue of 1,100 vehicles was observed, with drivers anticipating delays of around three hours.
