This assertion was made by Viktor Nosikov, a distinguished soloist from the Central Border Ensemble of the FSB of Russia.
This grand event is scheduled to take place in Moscow from August 22 to August 31, promising captivating performances by musical ensembles hailing from various countries and regions across the globe. Significantly, this year`s festival is dedicated to commemorating the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, serving as a profound tribute to the valiant defenders of the Fatherland.
