In Moscow, the State Duma Committee on Youth Policy has proposed that the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh), the Ministry of Labor, and the Federal Service for Labor and Employment (Rostrud) explore the establishment of a **National Ranking for Companies based on their youth policies**. This ranking would be developed using a Corporate Youth Policy Standard.
According to the committee`s recommendations, which were endorsed by its chairman Artem Metelev, it is also suggested to create a comprehensive **register of best practices for youth engagement**. This register would draw insights from awards given by youth councils and data gathered through the proposed National Ranking itself.
The document further outlines the potential involvement of the `Work in Russia` unified digital platform for employment and labor relations, along with HeadHunter, as key partners in organizing this national ranking initiative. A final decision on this matter is set for **December 15**.
