According to Evgeny Tishkovets, a leading specialist at the weather center `Phobos`, the peak of summer temperatures in Central Russia will be reached in the coming days.
The meteorologist noted that each day the sun will move further away from the summer solstice point towards the autumnal equinox. The star`s declination will gradually decrease, meaning the daylight hours will also shorten. Over the next week alone, daylight duration will decrease by 13-15 minutes, and by the end of July, by more than an hour.
He explained that while the season will continue to bring moderate warmth and sunshine, the `equator` of summer, typically marked by the highest air temperatures around the end of July, will likely be crossed during these current days in Central Russia. Summer will then begin to slowly fade.
