Heavy tropical downpours are expected in Moscow. According to the forecast from leading weather center specialist Evgeny Tishkovets, the amount of rainfall per square meter in the city by the end of July will exceed the volume of a 100-liter garden barrel.
He noted that July in Central Russia will bring unusually abundant tropical rains, resulting in the soil in Moscow being oversaturated with moisture, 1.5 times more than the norm.
