Субсидии на оплату жилищно-коммунальных услуг (ЖКУ) доступны россиянам, чьи траты на ЖКУ составляют значительную часть дохода. Эксперт по ЖКХ Дмитрий Бондарь пояснил, что, как правило, право на субсидию имеют те, у кого расходы на ЖКУ превышают 22% от общего дохода. При этом, в некоторых регионах этот порог может быть ниже; например, в Москве он установлен на уровне 10%.
Важным условием для получения такой субсидии является отсутствие судебных задолженностей по оплате жилищно-коммунальных услуг за последние три года. Заявление на получение субсидии можно удобно подать через портал “Госуслуги”. Процесс рассмотрения заявки занимает до десяти рабочих дней. Если заявление подано до 15-го числа текущего месяца, начисление выплаты произойдет уже с этого месяца. Субсидия предоставляется на период в шесть месяцев и может быть продлена по истечении этого срока.
English Translation: Eligibility for Housing and Utility Subsidies in Russia
Housing and utility payment (HUP) subsidies are available to Russian citizens whose HUP expenses constitute a significant portion of their income. Dmitry Bondar, a housing and utilities expert, clarified that typically, individuals are eligible for these subsidies if their HUP costs exceed 22% of their total income. However, this threshold can be lower in certain regions; for instance, in Moscow, it is set at 10%.
A crucial prerequisite for receiving the subsidy is the absence of any court-ordered debts for housing and utility payments accumulated over the past three years. Applications for the subsidy can be conveniently submitted via the “Gosuslugi” (State Services) portal. The review process for applications takes up to ten business days. If an application is submitted before the 15th day of the current month, the payment will be calculated for that same month. The subsidy is granted for an initial period of six months and can be extended upon its expiry.
