Fiido is significantly expanding its presence in the European market with three distinct electric bicycles, all designed with a common goal: to provide greater autonomy, enhanced carrying capacity, and electric assistance tailored for real-world usage.

Introducing the Fiido Nomads Pro, a touring and trekking e-bike engineered for long routes, rural roads, and uneven paths. Alongside it are the Fiido T3 and Fiido T3 Max, two electric cargo bikes designed for families, urban errands, daily commutes, and transporting goods.

The Nomads Pro is priced starting at €1,999, while the T3 begins at €1,899. The T3 Max starts at €2,299, with a dual-battery version available for €2,999.

All three models share key features: a 250W mid-drive motor, high torque assistance (100Nm), a removable battery, a color display, IP54 waterproofing, and a speed limit of 25 km/h. However, each is targeted at a different user: adventure and touring for the Nomads Pro, compact family and city cargo for the T3, and maximum longtail capacity for the T3 Max. Let’s explore what these electric bikes offer in detail.

Fiido Nomads Pro: A Touring E-bike with Up to 224.55 km Range

The Fiido Nomads Pro is the most adventurous offering. Fiido describes it as a mid-drive electric touring bike, suitable for both daily commutes and long-distance adventures. Its strength lies in the combination of a 250W mid-drive motor with 100 Nm of torque, a torque sensor for responsive assistance, and a 9-speed Shimano CUES drivetrain. This setup surpasses conventional urban e-bikes in responsiveness, smoothness, and ability to handle inclines or varied terrain.

In terms of autonomy, the Fiido Nomads Pro offers two configurations. The standard version provides up to 74.85 km of range with a 417.6 Wh battery. The extended configuration adds a 1+2 removable and interchangeable battery system to achieve an impressive up to 224.55 km. This extended version increases the price to €2,699, compared to €1,999 for the standard model.

Additionally, its 120mm air suspension fork, CST 29 x 2.1-inch tires, 4-piston hydraulic brakes, and XC-inspired geometry are designed to enhance stability on long routes, gravel, secondary roads, or uneven surfaces.

It’s also the lightest in the group, weighing 26.2 kg with the battery and 23.2 kg without. Its payload capacity is 120 kg. It includes a removable battery, a color HD display, front and rear lighting, an integrated lock, and compatibility with trailers. Fiido also confirms compliance with UN38.3, MSDS, and EN15194 regulations, and notes that certain European models are manufactured in France.

Fiido T3: Compact Electric Cargo Bike for Family and City

The Fiido T3 shifts focus entirely to family and urban mobility. It’s a more compact electric cargo bike than the T3 Max, designed for transporting children, groceries, bags, accessories, baskets, or trailers, reducing reliance on cars for daily trips. Its official price is €1,899, and Fiido presents it as a versatile e-bike for family life, errands, and urban commutes.

Technically, the T3 retains the 250W mid-drive motor with 100 Nm of torque but features a much larger battery than the standard Nomads Pro: 972 Wh, capable of delivering up to 120 km of range on a single charge. It also includes a 9-speed S-Ride drivetrain, 4-piston hydraulic brakes, CST 20 x 2.4-inch cargo tires, a color HD display, a removable battery, IP54 waterproofing, and NFC unlocking.

Its load capacity is 150 kg, higher than the Nomads Pro and better suited for urban transport with passengers or cargo. The Fiido T3 weighs 33 kg with the battery and accommodates riders between 155 and 200 cm tall. It features an adjustable seat and handlebars, a step-through frame, and a 70mm suspension fork to improve comfort over curbs, potholes, and uneven streets.

Fiido also highlights its compatibility with child seats, protective bars, baskets, trailers, and other accessories. An interesting point is that its 972 Wh battery can also serve as an extension battery for the T3 Max, creating some compatibility within the brand’s cargo family.

Fiido T3 Max: The Longtail Version with Up to 200 kg Load Capacity and Dual Battery

The Fiido T3 Max is the most ambitious model in terms of transport capacity. It’s a longtail-style electric cargo bike with an extended rear rack, offering more space for passengers or luggage and a maximum load capacity of 200 kg (120 kg for the saddle and 80 kg for the rear rack). It starts at €2,299 for the standard version and goes up to €2,999 for the dual-battery configuration.

In its standard version, the T3 Max is equipped with a 648 Wh battery, offering up to 80 km of range. The dual-battery setup increases the total capacity to 1,620 Wh, allowing for an impressive up to 200 km of range. Like the T3, it uses a 250W mid-drive motor with 100 Nm of torque, a 9-speed S-Ride drivetrain, 4-piston hydraulic brakes, CST 20 x 2.4-inch cargo tires, a color HD display, a removable battery, and IP54 waterproofing.

The key difference of the T3 Max from the T3 lies in its enhanced suitability for heavy loads, long family rides, and outdoor activities. Fiido points out that its extension battery can also function as a portable power source, with an output of up to 800W, a USB-C port, and a European power outlet via an inverter. This is sufficient to power devices like phones, drones, cameras, camping lights, portable coolers, or small coffee makers.

It also includes extended rear footpegs, a double-leg kickstand, a step-through frame, LED lighting, and a 70mm suspension fork.
